Book a free consultation

With so many practitioners advertising their services online, choosing a therapist can be daunting. It is so important you find the right fit, so I offer a free, no obligation, 20-30 minute consultation. This gives you an opportunity to talk about what you want out of therapy and to ask any questions about the therapeutic process or my experience. I am available for consultation calls on Mondays and Fridays: 10am to 4pm. To arrange a consultation phone call, please fill in the contact form below.

Face-to-face personal therapy

In-person 1:1 therapy is delivered from a comfortable and private room on Castle Street in Central Liverpool. The space is wheelchair-accessible. More info on access can be found on the contact page. If we decide to work together, 50-minute appointments are £60.00 (18+). Please see the FAQ’s below for information about concessionary rates.

Remote personal therapy

Some clients prefer to access one-to-one therapy from the comfort of their own home, via telephone or online video conferencing. Online therapy is offered on MS Teams or Zoom. If we decide to work together, 50-minute appointments are £60.00 (18+). Please see FAQ’s for information about concessionary rates.

Group therapy & personal development

I also have experience in delivering group therapy in the charity sector, as well as facilitation of personal development groups in Higher Education. If you are an organisation interested in the delivery of group therapy, you can use the contact form below to ask.

Yes. For those struggling financially, I have a limited number of concessionary therapy spaces; these are managed on a case-by-case basis. I don’t ask for proof of income, or for details of your circumstances, and fees are based on mutual trust.
