Book a free consultation

With so many practitioners advertising their services online, choosing a therapist can be daunting. It is so important you find the right fit, so I offer a free, no obligation, 20-30 minute consultation. This gives you an opportunity to talk about what you want out of therapy and to ask any questions about the therapeutic process or my experience. I am available for consultation calls on Mondays and Fridays: 10am to 4pm. To arrange a consultation phone call, please fill in the contact form below.

Face-to-face personal therapy

In-person 1:1 therapy is delivered from a comfortable and private room on Castle Street in Central Liverpool. The space is wheelchair-accessible. More info on access can be found on the contact page. If we decide to work together, 50-minute appointments are £60.00 (18+). Please see the FAQ’s below for information about concessionary rates.

Remote personal therapy

Some clients prefer to access one-to-one therapy from the comfort of their own home, via telephone or online video conferencing. Online therapy is offered on MS Teams or Zoom. If we decide to work together, 50-minute appointments are £60.00 (18+). Please see FAQ’s for information about concessionary rates.

Group therapy & personal development

I also have experience in delivering group therapy in the charity sector, as well as facilitation of personal development groups in Higher Education. If you are an organisation interested in the delivery of group therapy, you can use the contact form below to ask.

The number of sessions you need depends on a lot of factors, including the issue(s) brought to therapy, your budget, or the depth you want to go into within therapy. This is your decision and you are free to end therapy at any time.

Information regarding data protection can be found within my Privacy Policy. Additional information about the therapeutic process and confidentiality can be found in the Terms of Service. These can be found by following the links in the menu at the bottom of the page.

No. If you want or need a diagnosis of a form of neurodivergence, or another type of diagnosis, you will need to contact your GP, a psychiatrist or an educational psychologist. Also, I usually don’t work diagnostic labels unless it is led by you.

Usually, therapy is once a week, but frequency can be adapted depending on your needs.

Yes. For those struggling financially, I have a limited number of concessionary therapy spaces; these are managed on a case-by-case basis. I don’t ask for proof of income, or for details of your circumstances, and fees are based on mutual trust.
